We are in search of an experienced, detail oriented, positive team player who can multi-task in a fast paced environment.
The individual must posess strong organizational, time management, computer, trouble shooting and excellent verbal communication skills. You must be confident in your skills and be able to follow through with company policies. Direct contact Customer Service skills are a must.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting walk-in call-in or email customers with support regarding repairs, returns, refunds and exchanges. You will be required to learn detailed product knowledge on use, parts, warranty and repair and company policies. Light shipping and receiving of products from customers as well as maintaining complete detailed records of all contact with customers.
We are located near Calaway Park, just off Springbank Road. Applicant MUST have their own transportation as there is NO public transportation available. It is the ideal location for any one located in NW Calgary, Springbank, Bragg Creek or Cochrane.
